About Us

From Family Struggles to Financial Success

Adam, our founder, grew up in a family that faced constant financial challenges. While still a student, he saw an opportunity to secure his family’s future by helping grow his stepfather’s dental practice. After graduating in 2012, he got to work—knowing his parents’ only major asset was the practice and that a secure retirement would take more than just a healthy P&L.

Initially, Adam launched a property management company to build assets, but he quickly realised that acquiring additional dental practices offered far greater cash flow and profitability. From 2015 to 2017, he expanded the family’s holdings to three locations, ultimately achieving an eight-figure exit in 2021—growing their net worth fivefold in just six years.

Through this journey, Adam developed a practical, proven formula for managing and scaling dental businesses—combining clear reporting, strategic planning, and disciplined financial oversight. Using this same approach, our next client grew from 2 to 9 practices in just 26 months.

Today, The Dental Finance People applies that proven method to help ambitious dentists gain financial clarity, run multiple practices smoothly, and grow with confidence—whether that means fixing messy books, planning an acquisition, or managing the financial side of an expanding dental group.
